What can I do with you as a creator?

Our biggest goal at Entertainmint is to aid you in taking the "seed" of a story or world and growing it "all the way up" into whatever its most successful extension or extensions can be.  If you are a creator today, you are facing a few trends.

1. Cost of production has gone down.  A good pilot today can cost 80k.  A good movie can cost 1M.  

2. Multi-channel is the flavor of the day. The market is seeing declining streamer revenues, which is leading to less of them taking on creator-led content and more of them making their own work.  So creators today are also trending towards distributing their work across many streamers and venues, and not just one streamer site. 

3. Finally, if you are a creator today, you are on what we call the "bridge to the metaverse."  Which means that you need to be examining what your story or world can do not just in 2D, but in 3D as well.  Can your series be paired to an NFT drop and a game?  Can your movie be paired to a merch store and an immersive AR or VR extension?  Creators need to think about ALL IP extensions they can use to take something to market and not just one.

So, how can we help you enter today's creator economy?

First, creators can come to us for development grants to make their seed into an NFT drop, video, game, immersive AR or VR play or metaverse.  To date in 2022, we have already given out of $150,000 in grants, only some of which are tied to project equity.  Second, creators can also use us to distribute completed work across multiple streamers, like they would use a tool like Filmhub or similar.  (We can also help you in distributing across web3!)

But the third and biggest way we help creators is in aiding them to bring their project direct to fans. If you have a good story and a following, you should not be reliant on a streamer to bring you to market--streamers have their own calculations of what will "work" and they are not always right.  Using our platform, you can sell "tickets" into the making of your work. We call this a multi-tiered mint, but instead of it being a ticket to view a finished piece of content, it’s a ticket into the making of the content alongside you, the creator! This trend is sometimes called “collaborative storytelling.”  Traditionally there’s been a firm line between creators and works and their fandoms. Web3 is allowing that line to bend and allowing fans to have a little bit of say in their favorite worlds or maybe even be IN the show with their idols.  Perhaps their art is in the opening credits, or they can vote on the arc of a Season One character, or their face is a portrait in a haunted mansion set, or they can be called out in a live show in some way!  There are so many options.

The traditional content world is not kind of creators.  Whether it's being paid very little, or having your idea taken away, or being cut out of the upside revenue of a work, it can be hard to find motivation to keep creating.  We're breaking the cycle.  We help you bring this content to your fans and gain their support in making it, and then distribution deals so you can climb as high as you want! You are tied into the revenue upside of your project and in control all the way!
